Public bug reported:

Running a version of Ubuntu 13.04 on a laptop Lenovo x61. The problem
comes when I connect an additional monitor and actively use it (go drag
windows, and other leading some work there). Hangs schedule, it fails to
click, you can only move the mouse. Solves this problem by overloading
the X server. If the hot turn off the monitor, then hangs Fully system,
and you have to turn off the button.
