here is what I got when I tried to update Kubuntu 11.0.04 with VMWare 9 
The message is : 
W:Impossible de récupérer http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/source/Sources.gz  404  Not Found
, W:Impossible de récupérer http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz  404  Not Found
, E:Le téléchargement de quelques fichiers d'index a échoué, ils ont été ignorés, ou les anciens ont été utilisés à la place.
