[Bug 1154401] [NEW] port 465 is ssm, not smtps

Public bug reported:

port 465 is listed in /etc/services as "smtps", but has been formally
assigned by iana to ssm [source specific multicast] for a long time.
smtps is a protocol that was never formally defined [i'm not aware of
any rfc which references it], and has been deprecated for well over 10
years, since it's assignment was revoked by iana.
