[Bug 1154426] [NEW] Ubunto 12.10 CD refuses to proceed to full installation. Tried also wubi.exe before.

Tried Installing from USB-HD after creating from Yumi and also from
Universal.  I can see the trial but it will not install.  I tried to
install directly using Wubi windows Installer.  It brings down 12.10 64
bit says it has installed but not booting, nor ca I see any
installation.  I tried the Ubuntu 12.10 - 32 bit CD and it did not go
through.
