Title:
timezone is Shanghai or Chongqing when the language is Chinese
  Simplified

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
In China, we take Beijing as the default timezone. But during the installation process, if we choose Simplified Chinese as the system language, we found there were two timezone happened as the default timezone. Sometimes, it was Chongqing. Sometimes it displayed Shanghai.
In my opinion, Beijing is correct. So, I want to know the reason of displaying Chongqing or Shanghai. Is there a timezone of Beijing?
