Public bug reported:

ubi-partman crashed with exit code 141 when stepLanguage skipped with
automatic-ubiquity on Ubuntu installed disk.

minimal steps to reproduce:
 1. install Ubuntu into a drive
 2. boot from ISO of Ubuntu 12.04 12.04.1 or 12.04.2 LTS
    with boot parameters "locale=en_US automatic-ubiquity"

Expected result:
 show a step
   "This computer currently has Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS on it. What would you like to do?"

Actual result:
 ubi-partman crashes with exit code 141.


Difference between releases:

 * 12.04.2 LTS: CRASH
 * 12.04.1 LTS: CRASH
