  Says that exim4 and mutt are installed by default. That's not the case
  (at least not for me and one other user in #ubuntu) on 8.04. I think
  the page is out of date.

  As an aside, I think at least a mailserver should be installed by
  default, otherwise there's no mail on the system at all.
