[Bug 1160119] [NEW] chrome browser code unwritten

Public bug reported:

The Chrome and Chromium classes were undeclared in
/usr/lib/python2.7/webbrowser.py in my Python 2.7 (version
2.7.4~rc1-2ubuntu1), causing a crash in at least one application I used.
The first part of a patch found on the python website fixed the issue
