licensecheck is not supposted to run against copyright files. copyright
files list the copyright of the source code files. Instead licensecheck
should be run against the source code files.

Bug description:
  The package python-ubuntuone-storageprotocol has a copyright that is
  "AGPL-3 with OpenSSL exception".

  When you run licensecheck against that file it returns UNKNOWN.
