Notice that upon clicking "Install Now" button and the timezone map
appears the following things happen:
* (x) on the top left of the window disappears
* quit button disappears
* log-out & shutdown menu items in the top right system cog disappear
Thus reinforcing that one cannot go back beyond this breakpoint.
Now we don't remove back button, but explicitly make it disabled.
Because otherwise when flipping forward and back between timezone step
and the next keyboard step we would be constantly showing and hiding the
button.
Keeping the button visible, but inactive should make it obvious that one
cannot go back on purpose.
And no there is no way to back out to partitioning & restart installing
again. You'd really need to fully quit ubiquity and/or reboot.

Bug description:
Hallo
At partitioning i select something, then click next.
Ubiquity go to timezone selection page, but the back button is and still grayed out.
So there-s no way to change the partition settings without quit the installer
