[Bug 1162100] [NEW] beep on caps and num lock doesnt work

to produce :

1. run "gnome-settings-deamon" from terminal

2. click on the last icon "universal acces"

3. toggle beep on caps and blablabla on.

4. it doesnt work, when pressing it (in my case with headphones plugged
in, using an notebook)
