Sorry, but I don't understand your intention. What is the problem? What
problem do you want to solve? What are the effects/symptome of the
problem? Because I don't see any.

That newest packagekit (which is a packagekit-tools dependency) has removed python-aptdaemon.pkcompat (used by packagekit-system-interface).
Its also a "recommend" package for ubuntu-drivers-common.
