How does this implement "Manual Partitioning LVM"? As far as I can see
this only support logical partitions, not Logical Volumes in terms of
LVM.

Bug description:
  As part of the ubiquity lvm/luks spec [1], automatic Full-Disk
  Encryption and LVM install options were implemented.

  This is a FFe and UIFe for the Manual Partitioning LVM.
