  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I have both Ubuntu and KDE living together. When I try to use the
  update, I receive either from Muon, or Ubuntu UpdateManager, the
  information that my Kubuntu-desktop package is marked for deletion,
  but is also in the Deletion Blacklist, and the program can't go on.
