Title:
clicked "install" then entered sudo password; crash -> update-manager
crashed with Package linux-headers-3.8.0-16 isn't available in
_run_in_dialog()
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail)
Update manager was installed today (I was unaware of it until it
popped up when I booted thismorning). It tells me there are new
updates, I click install after browsing the list of programs to be
updated, entered my sudo password and the program crashed.
So, I don't know what version it is, because I did not know what
program it even was. For the same reason, there was nothing I expected
it to do
"sudo apt-get update" works, haven't tried anything else. I don't even
know if it matters, I usually update from console anyway.
