I was using the live media that I downloaded from
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop. When I woke up the system from
suspend (five minutes into the install), the install was messed up and
the system that was being upgraded was not in working order.

Bug description:
  Raring 13.04 AMD64
  Compaq Presario CQ62

  When installing Raring, if the system suspends while the packages are
  being installed, then the install is messed up. I must then redo the
  install. I was not able to recover any log files for this bug report.
