Title:
When installing on a Mac Mini or iMac step one should be pairing
  bluetooth keyboard and mouse/trackpad

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I hate special casing as much as the next guy but when you detect that you are installing on a Mac Mini or an iMac, it would be helpful if you paired the users keyboard and mouse/trackpad.
Most Mac users will be using these devices and they will be paired with OS X so the installation process has no keyboard nor a pointer to complete the process.. this needless to say presents a problem as these devices are needed to complete vital steps such as entering the users name.

The current alternative is hoping that such users have a spare
  keyboard and mouse lying around.
