How can I use the fix? In what way is it 'released'? I've got the latest
and greatest 12.04.2 but cannot install the package fuse while having
loop-aes-utils installed.

Bug description:
  Please remove loop-aes-utils from fuse's Conflicts field, Debian added
  it to conflicts because loop-aes-utils in Debian lacks --no-
  canonicalize & --fake options, yet the package in Ubuntu includes
  those options.
