[Bug 1181264] [NEW] Please symlink /var/log/messages to syslog

See bug 794727. rsyslog no longer uses /var/log/messages, so this is a
wishlist bug for a symlink to help users who might get confused or
concerned by an empty /var/log/messages file.

If bug 794727 ever changes from Won't Fix, then this bug becomes
redundant.
