This change is not applicable to current versions of Ubuntu, which do
not use checkfs.sh/mountall.sh from sysvinit.

If this problem is reproducible with mountall in current releases of
Ubuntu, please reassign this bug there.

Title:
  iscsi checkfs and mount

Status in “open-iscsi” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix
Status in “sysvinit” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: open-iscsi

When using the _netdev mount-option, fsck at boottime
/etc/init.d/checkfs.sh and mount /etc/init.d/mountall.sh should avoid
the device since those scripts are run before the network is
  available.

Attached patches makes both checkfs.sh and mountall.sh aviod
  filesystem with the _netdev option.
