'try-restart' is not a valid command under Debian policy. Debian/Ubuntu
init scripts have their own standard to follow, the LSB init script
standard is for third-party implementors.

** Changed in: sysvinit (Ubuntu)

Title:
invoke-rc.d: action try-restart is unknown, but proceeding anyway

Status in Ubuntu Server papercuts:
  New
Status in “sysvinit” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: sysvinit

Apparently, the 'try-restart' action is part of LSB since version 1.9
and apt-get (or dpkg, I'm not sure) uses it. Happens on 9.10, at
  least.
