Miklos, please confirm the version numbers of both lightdm and plymouth
that you have installed, and please verify that all of the upstart job
files for both of these packages are the unmodified versions from the
package. If you already had a modified /etc/init/lightdm.conf on your
system, perhaps you didn't get the new version correctly installed?

Bug description:
X server fails to start the first time after boot, it works fine when
  I start it again.

Looks like a race condition with intel drm initialization, i guess X
tries to start faster than drm driver is initialized so it fails.
