Bug description:
  vim package has all translations (look at /usr/share/vim/vim63/lang/)
  instead of using langpacks

  For example I use only en and lt (Lithuanian) languages and have only
  these langpacks installed, but at /usr/share/vim/vim63/lang/ I have 20
  vim.mo files and more than 100 menu translation files !!!
