Yes, I agree. Anyway, I passed my "solution" to slovenian translators
and they will change the translation. Unfortunately this is a bad
solution (and working only for slovenian users), but it seems is the
only one, which is available at the moment.

  I've tried to reenable PPA's after upgrading the system, so there is
  no reaction on delete button and no any changes after modifying data
  via modify dialog. I can't even enable a source.
