  Please sync python-fixtures 0.3.12-0.2 (main) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/rules: Disable testsuite temporarily.
    * debian/rules: Disable testsuite temporarily.
    * New upstream release.
    * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1030763), remaining changes:
      - Build using dh_python2

  Changes are the same for Ubuntu/Debian.

  Changelog entries since current saucy version 0.3.12-0ubuntu2:

  python-fixtures (0.3.12-0.2) unstable; urgency=low

    * Uploading to unstable.
