  Could not Upgrade to 13.04 due to error

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I got a notification that said that "a new version of Kubuntu is
  available". Clicked on it, after a few seconds at the 1st step,
  "upgrade could not procedd" or something like that. My system is
  rather out of date though so that might be the issue. Will update and
  try again.
