Rob, the issue is to do with the fact you did not reformat the memory
stick used for installation seemingly. The package from Debian still
remained in the trash, breaking the install.

Bug description:
  Installer crashed with the message.

  "tyring to overwrite '/etc/console-setup/compose.ARMSCII-8.inc', which
  is also in package console-setup 1.76."

  I was installing from the July 14th daily build iso from a usb thumb
  drive.
