The version of libpango1.0-0 that you have installed from a PPA does not
have the fix for bug 1185300 in it.  We recommend that you disable this
PPA and revert back to the official versions of Ubuntu packages using
the tool ppa-purge.

  This happens every time i attempt to update my OS. I also tried making
  adjustments to the update settings checking and un-checking entries.
