Bug description:
  Hi all

  Since 12.04 (Final) i'm not able to install Ubuntu anymore. Grub2 is
  installed correctly in ESP but no boot entry is generated in UEFI
  bootloader. I tried to generate it manually without succes, at first
  it looks like that it generate an ubuntu entry but on a second run to
  see if it's there it's gone.
