This bug was fixed in the package click - 0.4.12

---------------
click (0.4.12) trusty; urgency=low

  [ Colin Watson ]
  * Adjust top-level "click help" entry for "install" to point to pkcon.
  * Fix hook installation tests to test Unicode manifests properly.
  * Read version and date from debian/changelog when building documentation.
  * Declare click-dev Multi-Arch: foreign (LP: #1238796).
  * Build-depend on python3:any/python3-all:any rather than
    python3/python3-all.

  [ Brian Murray, Colin Watson ]
  * Add chroot management support.

Title:
  click-dev should be Multi-Arch: foreign

Status in “click” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The click-dev package is marked Architecture: any "to avoid binNMU
  irritation". It also has -dev packages as reverse-dependencies that
  are interesting to be able to cross-install in a multi-arch world. So
  click-dev should be marked Multi-Arch: foreign
