  subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit
  status 139

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  during distribution upgrade from 13.04 to 13.010 (immediate after upgrade from 12.10, with no long usage or installing custom things).
  During the installation process a window appears:
  Could not install 'python 2.7'
  The upgrade will continue but the 'python 2.7' package may not be in a working state.... etc.

  in text-editor like field  appears message:
  subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 139
