[Bug 1255309] [NEW] Kernel 3.12 Failure

On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS kernel 3.12.0-3 does not run Kernel 3.12.0-4 at
bootup when i Tryed to get in the Grub it wont run the Grub eather i
done installed the Lastest Kernel it just wont run it at all... Heres a
