[Bug 1256550] [NEW] image/x-tga isn't detected

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with file 5.11-2ubuntu4 and the mimetype
image/x-tga seems not to be detected. Here is an example:

sworddragon at ubuntu:/wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Warcraft III/Screenshots$ file --mime-type -b WC3ScrnShot_113013_050627_01.tga
application/octet-stream


Eye of GNOME and GIMP are successfully detecting this image as TGA-image. I have uploaded in the attachments the image from the example.
