Additionally, when running through configuring the system for the end
user the Ubuntu One page did not appear.

Bug description:
  I was installing Ubuntu 13.10 from an iso dated 20131001 and chose to
  install in OEM mode.  During the initial system installation I was
  asked to sign in to Ubuntu One which seems inappropriate.
