  FFe: Please update lintian to version 2.5.19

Status in “lintian” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  lintian 2.5.19 brings a bunch of fixes and a few new tags. It has a
  big test suite to avoid regressions. The changes can be found in
  debian/changelog (it's a native package) of ubuntu.diff. One patch is
  needed to pass all test (see debian.diff). The package builds with
  that modification. I successfully installed it and used on a bunch of
  packages without detecting an issue.

  Upgrading lintian to version 2.5.19 requires updating lintian4python
  to version      0.24.4.
