Please note that the 'nfs4' filesystem type has been deprecated; this is
now just called 'nfs' again. If you change your fstab to use 'nfs'
instead of 'nfs4', does it work at boot? (mount.nfs in 13.10 tries
version 4 first, so the behavior should be the same.)

Title:
NFS shares are not mounted at boot
Status in “mountall” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
NFS shares specified in /etc/fstab are not automatically mounted. Mounting them manually after booting (sudo mount -t nfs4 -a) works fine.
This needs confirmation.
