Title:
bluetooth, touchpad and video switch scripts for Asus notebooks

Status in “acpi-support” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I wrote the following scripts and I would like to have them included
  in Ubuntu.

  a) Used to enable/disable the touchpad (with Fn+F9):

  - /etc/acpi/events/asus-touchpad

  b) Used to switch between LCD/CRT/LCD+CRT (with Fn+F8):

  - /etc/acpi/asus-display-switch.sh
  - /etc/acpi/events/asus-display-switch

  c) Used to enable/disable the bluetooth support:

  - /etc/init.d/asus-bluetooth

These scripts are known to work with Asus W5A notebooks, among other
  Asus models.
