[Bug 1238092] [NEW] update-manager groups some packages inappropriately

Public bug reported:

When I opened update-manager yesterday, the Software Updater details
showed only wine-related items at the top level. Digging into the
"Browse C: Drive" software group revealed that ifupdown had been hidden
within that category. Obviously, ifupdown is not part of wine and
really shouldn't be grouped with it. I'll attach a screen shot.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "update-manager-ifupdown.png"
