If upstream was pulled in it probably gone now. As said in the
description it was fixed upstream even back then. If it is now gone,
there is not a problem any more.

Title:
libmount 2.20 uses C++ "new" keyword
Status in “util-linux” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
libmount uses "new" in one of mnt_diff_tables parameters. This fatally
