[Bug 1240124] [NEW] Cannot upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10

Public bug reported:

I had to do

grep Broken /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log

to detect broken packages.

I found it was strangely xserver-xorg-video-all, so I had to do:

aptitude purge xserver-xorg-video-all

Then it worked
