[Bug 1238836] Re: System does not reboot after installation

I completed an installation with Lubuntu Saucy 20131015 i386 having
selected Install from the boot menu rather booting to the live DE and at
the end I was asked to restart. Doing so the DVD ejected and I'm
including a picture of the text displayed (sorry I'm so shaky), but
after removing the DVD, closing the tray, and pressing enter nothing
ever happened ............ so I finally had to hit the reset button on
the PC to complete the reboot.

Bug description:
  The installer does not reboot after completing installation. The
  reboot dialog comes up but then after that the screen just goes blank
  and no reboot happens.

  This is on the 20130-10-10 amd64+mac Desktop image
