[Bug 1241220] [NEW] after upgrade my touchpad scrolling did not work on my Acer Aspire

no problems before upgrade on I believe 13.06.  after upgrade and
reboot, didn't work.  went to system settings mouse and touchpad,
everything looked OK.  enabled natural scrolling and it still did not
work.
