[Bug 1242199] [NEW] usb-creator-gtk don't see the isos on ubuntu-gnome 13.10

Public bug reported:

Isn't possible load the isos... you change and select the iso but on main dialog don't appears.
When you open usb-creator-gtk via terminal:
---
jag at saucy:~$ usb-creator-gtk
isoinfo: Unable to find Joliet SVD
---
the same message with sudo.

Notes:
On beta 1 and 2 releases the pack was working.
