[Bug 1242749] [NEW] Synaptic and terminal showing upgradable packages but nothing in software updater

As the title says. Screenshots below.

First tow show what terminal and updater show.

Last one is after updating with update-manager that shows there are
updates available but update-manager says system up to date.

Had to use imagebin for these.
