[Bug 1242938] [NEW] 13.10: Kernel panic - not syncing (on system start)

Public bug reported:

If i start ubuntu 13.10 i always get the error (see attached picture).
This happens if i start via live-usb stick and after normal update from
13.04 to 13.10 within ubuntu. The same usb-live stick works on another
computer without any errors.
