[Bug 1243079] [NEW] Doxygen shows "got a K&R style function" debug output

In the doxygen version of Ubuntu 13.10 (doxygen 1.8.4-1), it prints a
lot of debug output on standard error, like this:

===> got a K&R style function
type=zlib_filefunc_def ptr=*  name=pzlib_filefunc_def
type=    voidpf ptr=  name=filestream
type=    int ptr= * name=pi
===> got a K&R style function
(..)
A lot of these

This is annoying if one wants to see the real doxygen warnings which are
printed on standard error and has to find them inside these debug
messages. The issue seems to be fixed in Git, see
