[Bug 1244232] [NEW] 13-10 monunts all drives specified in /et/fstab even with noauto specified

I have two filesystems marked "noauto" in /etc/fstab.  With Kubuntu 13-10 kernel vmlinuz-3.11.0-12 these files systems ae mounted on boot.  Prior to 13-10 the filesystems were not mounted at boot

How can I keep these filesystem from mounting?
