[Bug 1244952] [NEW] usb creator should be able to download ubuntu images

Public bug reported:

It should be possible for an average user to create a startup USB stick
without the need to leave the program interface / manually search on the
net for an iso file.

Canonical provides a fix way to get os images through http://cdimage.ubuntu.com so it should be possible to download images automatically using zsync and only download a bin-diff -something like:
zsync -i path-to-existing-iso url-new-iso.zsync
