[Bug 1244963] [NEW] always format the usb stick

Public bug reported:

To make the process of creating a startup usb stick more strait forward it would be nice if the usb stick would always be formatted. If there is any data on the usb stick, ask the user before formatting.
The reason is that the current usb-creator needs too many steps to create a startup usb, removing the need to format the usb dirve manually - to get the usb drive ready – would result in a more pleasant user experience.

** Affects: usb-creator (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
