Public bug reported:

When I upgrade to ubuntu release 13.10 network-manager crashed  almost
every time after resuming from suspension.

It's is a error from syslog.log

I resolved this to kill network-manager proccess with the following
command

pkill -9 NetworkManager

With this command It reestablished the network but It should be
invisible after it start my computer after from suspend status
